Responsibilities:
As a team member of H & K, you will be working in all aspects of the perforating industry. This may include helping set up machines, leveling, shearing, rolling, laser cutting, perforating, packing skids and any other metal work, as needed. Training for all operations is provided. Working independently, dependability, attendance and accuracy are some of the desired traits needed in these positions. Operating a forklift and using power tools are necessary and training is provided.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing new business as well as maintain existing clientele.
- Responsible for sales of perforating materials
- Identify target markets and generate new leads, creating a sustainable book of business
- Build and “own” your book of business in a specified territory.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure we are meeting their needs, while staying focused on
task at hand - Partner with other department to ensure accurate quotes, maximizing your effort to increase
knowledge of our processes. - Soliciting material pricing from vendors as needed for quoting purposes
- Represent the company well in all communication, with team members, prospects & customers
Skills & Specifications:
- Sales experience in manufacturing preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized & detail oriented

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Math proficiency (decimals, fractions, Geometry/Trig)
- Computer proficiency (Excel worksheets, Word Processing)
- Knowledge of steel/metal industry

Duties/Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform regular checks on equipment to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause breakdowns.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Generate maintenance reports and provide updates to supervisors on equipment status.
Problem Diagnosis:
- Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment to determine the root cause of the problem.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
Spare Parts Management:
- Manage inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability of critical components for maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with procurement to order necessary parts and equipment.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular safety inspections on equipment to identify potential hazards.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting manufacturing schedules.
- Provide technical support to production staff to optimize equipment performance.
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and machinery parts (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
